Dr Benjamin Twist is forced to pose on an Atlantic liner as the famous Professor Tavistock. He is invited to become tutor to precocious little Bernie Schultz, the son of a millionaire. A series of comical misadventures befall him - before he ultimately manages to outwit the two rival gangs who are out to kidnap Bernie.
