"A multi-billion dollar empire of drug trafficking runs rife in this East-West intrigue.
The conflict erupts into vicious gang warfare where dealer is pitted against dealer. Cheung Wei (Keye Luke) head of the syndicates wants to sell-out for a safe passport to the States. He hires Quinlan (Robert Mitchum) as his go-between. However, with the dramatic and unexpected death of Wei, Quinlan changes his task and tries to track down the pipeline of heroin distribution to the world markets.
The result leads to a monumental battle, which destroys the entire operation
